Gosh Kristy, hope you get your computer back to working so you can be here with us day and night, LOL! We miss you, and your adventures, like your new puppy, your GH, your wild nights out when visiting your best friend, LOL!!! Seriously call that man and tell him you need that cord ASAP!

Well he never showed up by the time I left so maybe he got stuck at work late. I am hoping he has an extra power cord since he used to work for Dell. Lucy Lou has done a number on all 3 of them now so I can't use any of them. This cord I can use for only a short time or it starts heating up the battery. Morgan is back to school but we sure had a lot of fun. She tried on one of my formal dresses for the winter dance coming up and looks way too grown up, lol. She is so cute. I took a bunch of pics but can't download them til I get one of the computers working. Got an external hard drive to store my pics on and can't hook it up yet either, lol. The camera is getting full. We got two walls finished on the greenhouse before my neck gave out and had to quit. We are going to just do a little at a time. If we can get a nice day when its not 40mph winds we could get a lot done. It was rough with it being so windy and John has to have his fishing day once a week but I am being patient. You can call me anytime Lucy. I will let you know if I am busy at work and call you back. The days just seem too short to get everything done lately but I am feeling better emotionally. I have to get off here now but will try and get on at work tomorrow if we arent too busy. It was nice getting to talk to Kylie for a few minutes today so she could catch me up on what I missed and got to hear about her package she got. She was very pleased. Wish I had time to look at all the posts but don't want to fry my battery. Night all.

Kristy, I bet it hard not to see your daughter everyday. How often do you get to see her? My little boy went off to Camp Keep this morning, he will be gone until friday, and I miss the little guy already. It feel so weird without him around. I am so tempted to call the camp director to see if he alright.

Kylie got he secret santa package but is being all secretive about it, lol. I have had computer problems for a while now but hopefully now that hubby gave me the extra power cord he was hiding from me I can get on for more that a couple minutes here and there. I sure have missed you all and I really miss my daughter already. Its so pleasant to have her here playing dress up and doing girlie things. She is into reading now and picking all my flowers so I hope she likes to garden soon. Just a coupld more months to go and she will be back and maybe for good. Karyn I hope you are feeling better now. Good to see you back. Hong, I know you miss your son already. Our bird yells her name every morning waiting on her to get up and go talk to her, lol. Its too quiet in the morning now and nobody to bring me coffee in bed, lol. I'll get all this sorted out and go to bed. Hopefully I can download all the pics I have been saving up and can post some tomorrow night. Night all.

Kristy, You really need to stock up on more chew toys so Lucy Lou will leave your cords alone! LOL!!! Glad you had a nice visit with your DD!!! I know you are anxious to get your GH built, but it will be well worth the wait once it is done. You really have come a long way already.

Kristy, tell John to stop torturing us, I mean you, and not hide power cords or anything else that might keep you from being on the computer, LOL! Listen (can you hear your mom), it's great that your GH is coming along, but you really need to not push yourself to the point that your neck gives out!!! So happy for you that you and Morgan had such a grand time. I am so blessed that my DD lives less than a 10 minute drive away!

Kristy I really got to tell Santa that John has been a bad boy now lol. Glad he showed his good side rofl. Really really miss your humor and you just belong here and please do not go into hybernation like our angels anymore lol. Morgan wants to live with you?

Hong from experience I can say that missing a child for a few days is healthy. Missing them for month, years. Is torture. It is like you walk around without a heart. Cause your heart is with THEM.

I think its a Dell Latitude D610. Gotta check for sure when I get home. It was the wrong cord John gave me. It was for the old one, lol. He was being a jerk about her eating the cords until I told him she was doing it in the mornings when he was in the living room with her and not watching her. I told him next time he was gone I was not going to watch her and let her eat his desktop cord and see how he liked it, lol. He changed his tune then.

Kristy, sounds like you need to get some BitterApple spray and spray everything she likes to chew on, really soak it so she stops. I had to use that for Daisy..she didn't mind the taste when I just lightly sprayed stuff, but when I soaked stuff..she never touched the it again.

I saw that the the Pet store the other day.. And a baby Boa.... Still trying to talk DH into that.. They are pretty Proud of them...

Isn't Lucy Lou getting shocked when she chews those cords through?

She only chews on the part that goes from the little box to the computer itself and I guess she doesn't get shocked since she did it several times, lol. Well the coffee table legs don't fare too well either but she is pretty good at keeping to her chew toys most of the time. I think its mainly in the mornings when John gets up he plays solitaire and doesn't watch her and she gets into things wanting attention. The guy I bought the laptop from is still looking to see if he can find me one. John went to get me a load of mulch and I have a doctor appt. Hope I get home in time to get it put out before dark. Gonna be pretty cold tonight. My inground plants need a blankie, lol. I got a heater from the pawn shop for $5 for the greenhouse but he stole it for the shop.

Kristy: I have a kizillion of the AC adapters for the generation of latitude that was right before the 600 series that you are using, but none for your model. I'm so sorry. I would have loved to be able to help you. Have you checked ebay to see if anyone has anything out there cheap?

Thats ok. The guy is still looking for one for me. He forgot about it. I found one on ebay for my older computer and ordered it. They had free shipping so it was cheap. It hasn't come yet. I hope thats all thats wrong with that one. Its an HP pavilon and its my favorite even though its older. It sounds like the fan might be going out. When you turn it on the fan is pretty loud and it will come on but if I turn it on and the fan only comes on a second it won't power up. I will have to deal with only being able to get on for short periods of time until I get one of them straight. I am hoping the cord is the only thing wrong with my older one. It was only $7, lol. Thank you for trying to help though. I really appreciate the offer.
