please id leaf litter mushroom

Hi,
Can anybody ID this mushroom for me. It is growing in leaf litter.The gills and stem are white and there is no ring,
I would say it is about the same size as an old silver dollar piece.
It is growing in leaf litter. I don't have any intention of eating it.
