Can't id without seeing the gills, the sporeprint, etc, they look like honey mushrooms (sort of) and they also look like chanterelles (sort of). I suggest purchasing a copy of the Audobon Society field guide to mushrooms as an identification aid, but remember that you should never eat a wild mushroom till you are 100% certain what type it is. Usually there are about 10 species that are fairly easy to identify (with some experience and the help of somebody knowledgeable) and are good edibles, but my rule is to NEVER
taste a mushroom without complete certainty as to what it is. My liver, kidneys, and life are just way too valuable to me to leave to chance!!! Nice pictures, by the way!!
