Wondering why you would post that here on the Cutting Garden. Many of us on this forum are specialty cutflower growers. Our flowers are sold to the consumers at farmers markets, subscription programs, and florists. Many of our customers are Illinois people summering in Michigan. The philosophy behind what we do is provide the the freshest available product to the consumer at a reasonable price. The money spent by the consumers in our community stays right here in. our. community, and is circulated 3 to 4 times over.

I have nothing against imported flowers; however, this is not the appropriate forum for promoting that commodity.

someone is very lost, I'm thinking.
But it does make me realize how lucky I am
to lurk and occasionally post here in such a
NON-commercial environment. I mean, the I-Village
stuff is mildly offensive, but imagine if we had to
put up with hardcore sales stuff like this on a
regular basis. It would totally kill the fun
