My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Once again, I bought a plant without reading the attached info. My plan at my new home is to have ferns in the front planter. To that end, I picked up two KQF at 50% off, hoping to get a head start on my "fern garden". Now, after reading the info and investigating here, it looks like it won't last my cold KS winters.
