My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Anyone help with ID?

I've been trying to ID this fern for quite some time unsuccesfully. If anyone can help that would be great. It sits in our living room with no direct sunlight and seems to be doing ok. Not much new growth though. Any growing tips would also be welcomed. Thank you.
