I bought a Bird's Nest Fern about 2 months ago. It's in a bathroom on the south side of the house--gets lots of defused light. It's sitting in a saucer w/rocks and water for humidity. It looks healthy, but when new leaves emerge from crown, they are misshapen and distorted, but healthy green color--what is going on?
