I haven't been active on this forum in a couple of years, or more! Gave up my flower business in Texas and have now moved to NW AR. Don't know what kind of house/land we'll end up with, we're renting now and actively looking, will know soon. IF I get any good sunny land I'll start back up w/ flowers.

Anyway, to your question. It was probably a Southern Living Magazine, Nov or Dec issue of the year in question, or the year before. (I hold on to my Southern Living & other magazines for use/ideas the following years.) So, I'd look at the Nov-Dec issues for 2004,2005, and maybe 2006. I think 2006 was when I did a program on the cut poinsettias at my garden club.

See if you can order a single or a few poinsettias from a florist, now or soon, so you can practice now, & see if your ideas will work. Then when the holidays come around you'll be more prepared & won't be in (as much of) a panic!
