I am not Tm, but I would do outside so wind blows against it and I would do top over bottom. I would also put a strip of masking tape over the seam.

Thanks gldno! I couldn't find my tuck tape last night, and the packing tape wouldn't stick. Didn't think of trying the masking tape. Fortunately, it's very mild, even through it's a Currier & ives picture outside.

Nancy - we switched phone companies today, and had no access almost all day, so I just saw your post. I would have done it the same way Glenda suggested. Top over bottom on the outside, the better to shed rain or snow, and if the wind blows, it will tend to tighten the seam, rather than open it.
