ekgrows, eryngium is certainly worth growing as a cut. I am not familiar with the Blue Glitter but I cant imagine that it wouldnt be wonderful. It is a super addition to mixed bouquets and the color goes with anything, literally! I started mine from seed in spring and did not get harvestable stems until the following summer so keep that in mind, unless Blue Glitter says it will deliver the first season. I dont grow echinops so I cant chime in here but others will I am sure. All best. Kat
