My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

will have others listed soon. i'm looking for a fair trade, daylilies for daylilies. please don't offer 5.00 plants, i hate to have to be like this, but it's a hassle. i have a huge want list, but i'm open to others. i'd like more with teeth and tentacles, double edged, blue-ish and interesting eyezones.

a few i'd really love are blue hippo, blue grass music, bridey greeson, doyle peirce, pirahna smile, alaskan mist, seagulls heaven, fantastic fringe, etc.
