I don't have a dehydrator, but I remember someone who did. She dried herbs in hers, so I'm guessing you could dry flowers--at least some of them. I say give it a try and let us know!

I have a square dehydrator. It has numerous shelves in it. I removed the trays and replaced the mesh in the top tray with Some screening with large holes that I purchased from the hardware store. I would push the stems up through the screen and attach a clothes pen. It worked great. I don't really know about time. I think I usually kept them in over night. The only disadvantage was that you couldn't have very long stems. Just as long as the microwave was tall
