My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Is having a fire pit (gas) close to a structure a fire/heat danger?

I would like to install a gas fire pit on out patio, however I hear that an open flame should be at least 10 feet from a structure.

    Check with your local fire department for local regulations. It's vital to do this because your insurance could be cancelled if you have an unfortunate incident and didn't meet code.
