My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I recently purchased some malanga from a grocery store and wanted to try to grow it. Has anybody here grown it? Seems to be a useful crop to have around the home garden.
There is a great book titled Perrenial Vegetables (Toensmeier, Chelsea Green, Vermont, 2007) that discusses growing tannier (X. saggitifolium), which is another name for malanga.
