It is hard to tell from the pictures but it looks like a Ginkgo tree.

Couldn't tell with the first two pics, but it is a Mulberry and good eats.

mulberry....morus alba. Very common in NY. Wait til the berries are dark purple and come off the branch easily. They will be juicy and very sweet (though there does exist some variation in fruit quality, especially among the white/green fruited cultivars)

It is the mulberry that asian people use to raise silk worms.
The dark mulberry tastes very juicy and sweet. Red ones are sour but good to can or jam.
