If you're not too grossed out, you could put plastic bags over your hands and remove it. Otherwise, it's really just manure. I would take it out if it was a direct crop, like lettuce, but the kiwi isn't going to know the difference. (It doesn't have a nose!)

There has been a lot of discussion in the composting forum about the toxisity of dog poop. Any meat eating animals have toxins in their feces wich is not killed during the composting process. The main general consenses is that it is fine to use it on flowers and such but keep it away from the plants that you are going to eat.
