My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

OK, round three of cleaning out seed boxes. As previously stated, some of these seed are from trades, friends, my gardens, catalogues, etc. Some packages could be a couple of years old - no more than 4 years. All have been kept in cool dark conditions.

Please respond to this post first as it is the basis which I use if there's any confusion about who asked for what first.

One package per person.

Then send me an e-mail through my page to get my address.

You will be required to send postage to me of $1.10. I have envelopes so it's not necessary for you to send me one - everything is packaged and ready to go already. In the e-mail, you can also include your address to I can place it on your package and as soon as I get the stamps from you, all will be out in the mail.

    I would like to keep SASE #3 and #5 for other gardeners who may have come in late on this post and might want some seeds. Also, others who made requests may have thought of asking for more packages, but hesitated since I said 'Only one package per person', and I would feel it unfair to change things at this point.

    So SASE #3 and SASE #5 are still available for any who are interested.

    Hi Nicole,
    I just received my package from you today. I planted the rose seeds into peat pots already and they are sitting on my heat mat. I'll be wintersowing most of the others.
    I just thought that I would say thanks a bunch for the seeds. Now my fingers are crossed for germination.
