Edible Landscape

Blackberries and pomegranites

I am going to add to my collection of edible landscape this fall. I plan to purchase two blackberry plants (Apache and Natchez) and two pomegranite (Angel Red and Utah or Russian 26). I am in Northern VA; does anyone have experience with these varieties in zone 7 almost 6?

Yes. They're good producers. Blackberries are native to Arkansas and our state does a lot of research on them. Our biggest issue is cross pollination from wild berries. But for us, basically you stick them in the ground and they do their thing.
