My wife hates the hedges we have in our front lawn against the house. they are thick and need trimming often. I'm in zone 6b or Western Maryland. What do you suggest for replacing that long row of hedges with? I'd prefer berries of some kind, but it needs to be thick enough to take those hedges place.
