I was very disappointed with the fruit! I found it at best, bland! nothing like they described it in the catalog, but I think tasteless would better describe it, pop em in your mouth...and...nothing, no flavor of any sort with a mealy texture to boot. this was the second time I purchased one, as the first one died on me and I really wanted to taste them, what a waste of money.

I went out and looked at mine, which are several years old. There were only a couple of berries, they were bland and tasteless. I like the Huckleberries better, or blueberries, alpine strawberries, or Aronia. The plants are evergreen and kind of attractive, though mine have not been pruned and are leggy and skimpy.
