We have some Isabella that we rooted in water from last years plant. How does one mail a cutting?

Thank you very much for responding - Where are you located? - I'm in London Ontario - When your sending Plants by mail you want to remove any leaves to halt any transpiration - then I would rap the rooted area with moist paper towel then wrap the Paper towels in saran wrap then gently tie the saran wrap above the rooted area. Tight enough that it won't slip but not so tight that it will damage the cutting.
