Hi--I was reminded of this board by someone who wrote me on pdxplantswap...I'm wondering, when is the spring green elephant swap I see folks posting about--have I missed it? We're in Beaverton.

And a question not related to a swap: I need to find a landscape designer (not so much for plant choice--I can handle that--but for drainage/hardscaping issues) to work on a regular middle-class (occupied by a great family, of course :)) family out in the suburbs. Does anyone know of anyone who would be willing to do a *consult* (maybe per-hour, maybe for set fee) on how to address some tricky microclimate issues and have it all look beautiful in the end, understanding that we don't need drawings and we'll do it ourselves?
