My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have the following dahlias in pots:

New Dimension (2)

Kennemerland Yellow (3)

Avignon (1)

Duet (1)

Summer Night (3)

Lucky Number (1)

Arabian Night (1)

Manhattan Island (1)

Kelvin Floodlight (1)

I also have quite a bit of pulmonaria that will have to be dug, and please don't forget the Heritage raspberries! They really need to be thinned. LOL. I'm sure you can find some other goodies that need to be divided. I'm not getting it done very fast, I'm afraid.
