WANTED: Evergreen wisteria

Hi everyone. I have tried seeds of this plant and haven't been successful, besides learning that it could be 5-7 years before it blooms from seed.

Please tell me one of you has this plant and would trade some cuttings of it with me! Rooted or not, is fine.
