My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It is a cute stuffed dog! This was the homeowner's daughter's dog so I don't know where it's from. Have you looked at the brand Gund? They make amazingly cute stuffed critters.

    The wall paint was also selected by the home owner and unfortunately I don't have a record of the paint color. I would start with Benjamin Moore and see if they can match it.
