What about I trade you a division of hosta "RED OCTOBER" and a Division of Hosta "STRIPTEASE" for one of the 5 gallon Brugmansia Sangiuneum? or look at my list later if you want any of the plants I will be bringing. I am coming to your Green Elephant swap this year and I'm so excited to do so! I missed it last year, much to my distress.

I am very interested in your angelica. I have some hardy bog plants (Pitcher plants of different types)that I can trade. I also am getting ready to divide some Pinguicula in the greenhouse if you are interested in something a little less hardy.

I also have some flowering plum trees, the purple leaf/pink flower variety, that are a few years old but still small enough to pot and bring.
I probably have some hostas too, and maybe some other trees. What are you looking for in the tree and hosta departments? I have many, many hostas. (a bit of a hostaholic,I'm afraid) Are you looking for small or tall?
Also, what type of prairie plants are you looking for? I've got a number of different plants that could fall into that category - heleniums, echinaceas, penstemons, agastaches, some grasses. You can dmail me through Daves Garden or reply here. I'll check in on this thread.

I'm interested in a couple of the angelica if they are not spoken for. Let me know if I have anything here that is of interest to you.

Sorry for the double post. About your Brugmansia sanguinea: I have one that grew to be about 9 feet tall this year but has not bloomed. It's the second year I've had it and it is grown from a cutting. Has yours bloomed and if so, how much sun is it getting? Are you bringing yours in for the winter? I guess I need to cut this baby back and put it in a pot, but I am loathe to do so because it really is a grand plant the way it is.

I am happy to help you with the Green Elephant Swap. Let me know what you need. I'll round up whatever seeds I have that are appropriate for winter sowing, and I may have some extra small pots and trays I can bring as well.

I would love to get begonia and dwarf bamboo. you said Begonia is house plant, does it flower? I have some Hosta with green and white shades on leaves, I don't know the name. Just getting into this game of learning botanical names. forgive my ignorance :-)
