I am sure Jim could answer better than me, but in case he doesn't get a chance to check back here I will answer your questions the best I can. The green elephant is in the parking lot of a church and you can pretty much just set up wherever you want...you don't have to have your car, just a space for your plants and there will be plenty of space for you. It hasn't been raining the other two green elephants I have been to but, as I recall, there is some shelter provided by the church building itself..kind of a covered breezeway I think. Also, I would imagine Jim will be there a bit early and would let you into the church hall itself to get out of pouring rain. I am sure he would appreciate help getting the coffee pot together if you get there early like I did once :-). If anyone else has anything to add jump in...just trying to go by my poor memory.
