I have a canna 'Durban' with red foliage and orange flowers. I'm not sure if it has canna mosaic virus but the leaves are streaked (like the google images), but I know some flowers are infected on purpose (like tulips) to produce different flowers/foliage). I can send you the rhizome along with the white dahlias. CMV can destroy canna collections by making all the leaves on every canna streaked, so I though I'd ask you first before sending. If you want it, you're welcome to it. I think I also have some mixed seeds, but in my experience most seedlings have small blooming red flowers (8/10 when I sowed my seeds).
