My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Potted Primrose :-)

This is just a photo of a primrose that I bought at the grocery store. You all know the ones....soooo brightly coloured that you can't just walk by them, without buying at least one. Of course these particular ones won't grow in this zone.....but hey, it brightens the winter blahs. LOL!
