My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have some extra seeds to give away and would like to get this wrapped up before my tomato seed exchange kicks into high gear. Here's the available list:

* Marigold Scarlet Starlet x 3

* Mustard Spinach x 1

* Pulsatilla Purple Pasque Flower x 3

* Romaine Lettuce x 1

* Siberian Wallflower x 2

* Sunflower Ruby Eclipse x 3

If interested, please post here with a list of the seeds you'd like. It's important that you post here and do not email me privately so that everyone else responding knows what's already taken.

You will need to send a bubble envelope with $1.18 return postage inside as well as a piece of paper or label with your return name and address. If you do not send the right postage, I will not send the seeds back to you. You must also include a note with your gardenweb id so I can keep track.

I must receive your self addressed stamped envelope within 2 weeks of responding to this offer. I will not follow up with you if I do not receive your envelope within this timeframe...I will pass your seeds along to someone else. Please only respond if you are serious about following through. I've had way too many "no shows" in the past and it's frustrating when you're seeds are set aside and not made available to anyone else.

Before responding to this offer, make sure your email address is accessible through your gardenweb profile so I can contact you.
