Just wanted to say I'm enjoying these photo tips and instructions. I just picked up a new calendar with pictures of Manitoba scenes. I found I was looking at them from a new perspective. For instance, I noticed quite a few examples using the rule of thirds, LOL.

What a great idea you ladies had! Thank you, Marie (who hopes to take better pictures in the future.)

Hi Marie, Glad you are enjoying the assignments.

Yes the more we all learn about composition, the more we see. So many factors play a part in making a good photo. The main thing we have to do as photographers is slow down and really look at what we want to take a photo of.....check out all the angles and surroundings....before we start taking pictures. Just doing this, our photos will improve.
