I like #4 myself, indoor and for winter sowing.

Thank you Sharon. That is what I was thinking too - #4. She did say that once the plugs grow out, they transplant to #4.

Been using #4 inside for a while too... good results on all my cuttings. Most cuttings started in florists foam. Good results for my scaled bulbs too. Petunias are growing like mad in it... just cut them back for the second time this winter. Fuschias probably could use something a little more acidic but they are doing alright.
