Has anyone found a table that rates fig cultivars with respect to their heat requirement for decent ripening? Even a simple relative scale of 1-10 would be helpful so that one can know if it is worth trying a cultivar in a given location.

For example, I know I can grow Osborne's Prolific and Lampiera, but that Panache, if it sets fruit, does not grow and ripen properly. The Osborne and Lampiera give nice fruit in September and October. The last 15-25% of the fruit that sets does not ripen because the days get to be too short and cold.

Does my question make sense?
