Hello: Last spring I set out a Celestial Fig a 1"+ caliper and it grew well. I mulched it up to the bottom scaffolds this winter around 24"+ and I am wondering how it faired this winter. I am in 6B on the edge of 7A. It got to -1 here if the thermometer is correct but stayed in the single digits for a few days, I am by a river and it seems to stay a little warmer here than in town. I looked at it but I guess it is to early to tell how it faired. Any Ideas with this variety? Give it a chance or scrap it.
