I know that someone (Marcia?) suggested Acidanthera as a grass-substitute in the container thread. I did buy some bulbs now but the package does not mention zones. So, I just "googled" and it seems that most sites mention zone 9-11 or 7-11 or something way up there like that. The last site mentioned zone 3-11. Now I'm confused!

Which is it? Can I leave them in the container during the winter and bring the container into the unheated garage?

Maybe I'll pop a few into the ground too if they can stay?
