My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Hazeldean roses sucker so it's just a matter of waiting until they spread. It will take a few years for this to happen but when it does, you will have more than you can give away.
If you can't wait, then do softwood cuttings as per normal.
