which rose is hardier in your garden?

18 years ago

I have 2 roses that I want to plant. One planting spot is in a raised bed with a retaining wall (holds in the cold) almost surrounding it. I've got my most hardy roses there. My other spot is in a spot more normal for zone 3.

I have:

1. Felix LeClerc

2. Country Dancer

Which of these 2 would you consider to be more winter hardy?
