I am in the midst of creating a 14' x 24' cotttage garden at the front of my old New Englander.

I say midst, because most of the hardscape (4' spaced picket fence, 10' arbor w/gate, 4' wide blue/flagstone walkway and nifty little seating area are all in place) but I am just now able to begin transplanting perennials from my other beds as they finish blooming. I realize it's not optimal timing, but it is what it is. The peonies will NOT be moved til the end of the month, promise!

Anyway, what I'm posting about is - does anyone have any recommendations for online garden design programs that might be suitable for this purpose, taking into consideration height, width, color, and bloom time?
