Even low-chill Blueberries like cold weather! You do not need to bring it in. Your plant is behaving normally. Water as needed, but beware of overwatering. The old leaves will drop off naturally.

I would not fertilize. Fertilizing fruiting plants causes them to grow leaves, not produce fruit. Later on, after it fruits, you could give it a dose of acidic-type fertilizer to feed it through the summer.

Thanks for the advice. Things work so much differently here in Florida.

Also, with the wacky temps, it may break dormancy early. I agree about no fert til spring. You may want to pick almost all the berries before they gain size unless your plant is about 3' tall or so, the fruit production stresses the tree so it won't grow well the first year or two. I'm going to allow a small crop from my 42' blueberry bed this coming spring.

ill-man advises picking all the flowers and/or berries the first two years .
We do the same with citrus trees .
The idea is to let the plants develop good strong root systems .
