My potted texas everbearing figs that I overwintered in an unheated shed seem to be dead, although they appeared to be alive after the winter. If I were you, I would put it in the sun, give it plenty of water and wait a couple of weeks for signs of life. My guess is that if it is alive, it will put out shoots from the roots it 2-3 weeks.

Put it under direct sunlight. Needs time, I have a fig which grows very very slow it has buds that turned green and didnt give leaves until now. My guess it will give you a sucker if given warmth. Wait 2 weeks and hope the best for you.
