Sprinkler on the roof, although I am not in Alberta and much hotter!

Oh dear.... my sprinkler system is working overtime to keep my babies green and healthy! I am just dreading what my water bill will look like.......

Night-time heat pump. Once it drops to 24 or 25 degrees outside (vs 30 inside), I open all the basement windows so the cooler air can flow into the basement, while the hot air escapes out the upstairs windows, which in turn pulls the cooler air upstairs from the basement. Works much better than just opening the upstairs windows alone. Had it down to 25 degrees upstairs when I went to bed last night (albeit a late bedtime), so pretty comfortable really.
