Hello,

I am a new fig lover and I just moved and wanted to start a couple of fig trees before the end of the summer. I live in South-Eastern Tennessee and am simply wondering if this is too late in the season to be starting new trees. I was planning on buying a few 2-3 foot trees from a local nursery. I would also appreciate some recommendations for types of trees. Is the Tennessee Mountain Fig a good one for beginners? Thank you for all your help. happy growing
