Hi there, I'm hoping one of the experts here might be able to help me identify this young tree that made itself at home in one of my pots. Is this a common fig?

Also, any advice on transplanting it would be much appreciated; its current home already has a resident so I would like to get it going in its own pot. (I'm a renter, or else I would plant it in the yard.)
