Hello. we live in Austin, TX (Zone 8), and we have a 3 years old Celeste fig tree that produced this year for 3 weeks (7/1 - 7/20) almost every other day, after that I
can still see lots of small green figs on the tree that are
not ripening any more for 3 weeks (photo attached).
Can anyone help telling me how to get them to ripen ? Thank you.
