My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Art, Looking good. I'm in Rafed's shoes. My 9mm Sig should arrive back from the Smith on Tuesday so . . . Art, I'll post mine if I get .. ?? .. I think it's either a possum or a green pasture b&*tard (woodchuck, ground hog - whatever).
Blueboy1977 - you will never never never have enough !!!
I got up this morning to take a look at my GN and it was missing! My heart dropped!. As I walked towards the tree I saw it had dropped. After close examination it appeared untouched by anything or varmint so I took it inside washed it, took a couple pictures and enjoyed. Was a bit watery so I will need to cut down on the water.
But yes, it was great!
Only thing is this is the 2nd one to ripen but not turn dark. Maybe it has to do with sitting in the shade?
Rafed, that looks really nice and I am happy to see that it looks like Art's. I suppose that means that mine is the one that got mixed up or what ever happened. Maybe next year.
