Operation: Pine Cone: HQ Update

Sept 8, 2014

Operation: Pine Cone

As many of you know the battle with the evil Squirrel Empire is fought on many levels and there has been casualties on both sides. We feel we are gaining the upper hand but situations are arising as I write this.

All attempts to bring a peaceful resolution has been met by endless 'chatter' from them.

With new intelligence we have been able to thwart sabotage attempts in several key areas. Please do your part and keep an vigilant eye out for the crafty members of the Empire.

Here is a photo to give you an idea of the damage they are causing. For those with a weak stomach be warned there are several hundred wounded or mortally wounded pine cones in this next photo.

So tragic, they didn't have to go like this. To be ripped from the tree, tossed on the ground and then put someplace probably to be forgotten about or to be ripped apart at a later date...So, so sad.

Next we have an update from a couple of our field operatives. They are the unsung hero's of this war as they risk everything from within the Empires stronghold. I can't tell you their location for their safety but they sent us this picture to show the progress they are making. Eyes are also darkened to keep their identity hidden from the extremists.

Don't give up fellow patriots we will bring them all to justice!

Cute little weasels you've got there. During heavy cone production years the squirrels stack them a couple of feet deep against the bases of the tree trunks. I thought I was losing my mind the first time I saw it, but sure enough they nibbled on them all winter and by spring they were just the little cob things left.

LOL..sounds like you just came home from the war zone oversee.

Love these cute little worriers of yours.. are they twins?
    Aren't these spruce cones?

Hahahahaha! You are just too funny Lance! Cutest exterminators I've ever seen! I hope you are paying them what they are worth! :)

The cone thing against the tree is interesting to see. The rodents around here pile them everywhere!!

Send those cute little warriors over to my place shud they ever get done.At least least we don't have those ugly black ones.ì

northspruce, they don't seem to stack them against the trunks here but every depression in the ground is filled, and my shop, and a truck that had a window down a bit, and my bbq and, and hence the war. Talking with colleagues on other fronts they fear the Squirrel Empire may possibly stronger than the Cartel's....oh my..

Konrad LOL, fortunately they are not twins but there is only 18 months between them. They are Fir pine cones and it looks like a heavy, heavy production year. Want some?

Ginny, that is the scary part about them....they use their cute looks to manipulate their targets. They were very proud of themselves as they baited and chose the location of the trap and release site. Don't worry about them being properly compensated as they keep my wallet pretty light.

beegood they are absolutely for hire. Ohh these aren't those butt ugly black suckers it was just the lighting. I hadn't thought of taking a photo until the last minute and it was heavily backlit. Also why I accidentally shaded out half the kids faces...I should have looked at the pics in the field.

Sadly the government has decided to pull funding from this very important venture. But don't fear YOU can help by sending a cash donation. Don't be worried if you can't send much as everything will help this deserving cause. Imagine those operatives not receiving proper renumeration or them running out of peanut butter for both them and for bait.

Send now, send often and send what you can our troops will thank you.

    Update

    September 9,2014

After a major security breach we are experiencing attacks from the Evil Squirrel Empire on more fronts than we have troops....we NEED your support!

To be proactive we need enough peanut butter to bait close to 1,000,000 traps, yes no small feat....

Please donate cash or peanut butter to the cause.....pwwwweeeaaaaase!!
