poppy anemone

I was sent a pack of 10 of poppy anemones with my fall bulb order. I know it is zone pushing, but what advise is there for my best bet to get some of these to bloom next spring? Should I go ahead and plant them and if so, how deep? Should I overwinter inside like tender bulbs and plant early in the spring? Any advise is welcome. Thank you. They look like hard, dried-out raisins or shriveled rocks.
