what is this plant

My sister said she was going to get rid of this plant. The leaf is more greener and the spots are pale green. It did not bloom this summer. Can any one tell me what it is so my sister nows what to do with it. Thanks. Please click on the link. I can't get the picture to download right for some reason.

Shilow, It looks very much like a variety of Aucuba. If so, it probably won't bloom or have berries as it requires "two to tango". Most people just grow it for its variegated leaves. jo
