My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Broccoli in January

A few messages back I mentioned my late planting of "Goliath" and after the 15 degree temps killed the tiny forming heads, little side shoots gave us a wonderful meal last night. The weather has been warmish and helped a lot. Glad I didn't rip them up and compost them. They have been covered part time with rowcovers and left open otherwise. We'll see what spring brings.
