Fig pruning

I live in zone 7 and would like to know if I should prune back my fig trees NOW. They are first year trees one is 6 feet and did produce this year after I planted this year;0) Celeste The other is a Turkey fig only 2 feet tall, it also produced. Should I prune now and how much? Thanks in advance.

I would not prune any fig at their early years. Unless any sick branch or malformation. Only after the 3rd year I would do that.if needed.
If it is a potted tree, it would be advisable to root prune as well if you think it is time to move to a bigger pot
